After the 4 sessions of this practical introductory online training (in English), you’ll be able to: open your flagship store on China ecommerce platforms (Tmall, Taobao or JD) and develop your social media strategy on Xiaohongshu, Wechat, Weibo or Douyin. We will also review China trends and ecommerce success stories.
As a practical course, you should make some exercises in order to put the knowledge into practice.
Session 1. Introduction to online sales in China –March 2nd (4:30-6:00 pm)
We will review how the market is evolving, the latest trends, success stories… An introduction to the great possibilities offered by selling on e-commerce platforms: Tmall, Tabao, JD, Pinduoduo.

Session 2. Market and brand diagnosis – March 9th (4:30-6:00 pm)
Could I sell my products in China or (if you are already selling) what is the situation of my brand at Chinese market? You will learn about some of the most useful analytical tools in China.

Session 3. Marketing and social media – March 16th (4:30-6:00 pm)
We will prepare a brand manual and learn how to position ourselves on Chinese social networks: WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin. We will review the editorial calendar in China, and we will set up the strategy for our brand.

Session 4. Business plan – March 23th (4:30-6:00 pm)
We will learn how develop a business plan, how to open a store in Tmall, what we need to start our ecommerce project, business models, price policies, logistics solutions and other aspects that are necessary to boost your digital success in China.
